AEC Design Group's premier product, CADPIPE, has revolutionized the industry with its innovative approach to creating isometric, ortho, and full three-dimensional models. CADPIPE continues to lead the industry with state-of-the-art technology.
AEC Design Group has been involved in CAD development since 1983. Their first CAD product was the Vantage HVAC CAD software produced for HVAC contractors. In 1986 the CADPIPE product line was released by International Software Systems and became the first AutoCAD Plant Design 3rd party add-on. Since 1986 over 12,000 users have utilized CADPIPE Industrial software for their CAD drawing solution.
In 1988 the DrawMaster HVAC and DrawMaster PipeCAD program replaced the Vantage system for the Commercial Mechanical Contractor market. Produced for AutoCAD Release 12, the DrawMaster Series became the 1st AutoCAD 3rd party add-on designed exclusively for the Commercial Mechanical Contractor. Since then thousands of Mechanical contractors have relied on CADPIPE HVAC and Commercial Pipe to complete their jobs.
In 1994 AEC acquired International Software Systems and the CADPIPE Industrial Software. The following year CADPIPE 3D Design software was introduced, and DrawMaster HVAC and PipeCAD became CADPIPE HVAC and CADPIPE Commercial. In Dec of 1999, CADPIPE expanded its family of products, introducing CADPIPE Building Services. Continuing in this tradition of growth and innovation CADPIPE has released CADPIPE Electrical 2004 and ArTrA Asset Management.
