IF YOU HAVE A PARALLEL LOCK FOR HVAC OR COMMERICAL PIPE PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
If you are using "Sentiel-Pro" locks for CADPIPE HVAC or Commercial PIPE, installing 8.2 SP2 may cause lock errors. These are due to system driver upgrades that the lock manufacturer made for newer computer systems and USB port usage.
If you are using a combination of the individual parallel locks and other CADPIPE parallel or USB locks, then please contact your sales person about upgrading your parallel locks to USB locks before running the SP2.
If you are using any CADPIPE USB locks, then DO NOT install the files described below on your system.
HOW DO I DETERMINE IF I HAVE AN OLDER CADPIPE LOCK?
On the lock, in embossed letters, it will read "Sentinel PRO". Newer locks will read "Sentinel SuperPRO". The Sentinel PRO locks are the ones that may cause lock errors with the files installed with 8.2SP2.
IF YOU EXPERIENCE LOCK ERRORS after installing 8.2SP2, then please download and install the following files.
cphsys.arx
(download file and place in your [.\Commercial\Util] folder)
Sentinel Protection Installer 7.2.1
(run the downloaded Sentinel Protection Installer.exe file)
for Commerical Pipe:
Pipe.Isp
(download file and place in your [.\Commercial\Pipe] folder)
for HVAC:
Hvac.lsp
(download file and place in your [.\Commercial\Hvac] folder)
