CADPIPE Building Services 2002 (6.6.01) Upgrade Release Notes

The following items are included in this upgrade:

HVAC:

1. Most recent settings for Rnd or Rect items now remain until changed.
2. Added new CADPIPE Rotate, Mirror & 3D Rotate commands.
3. All HVAC Accessories & Architectural items are now solids.
4. CADPIPE Undo back works the same as AutoCAD undo back.
5. BOM reports can now be directly output MS Excel and MS Access.
6. Added reporting of Joints on Straight duct BOM.
7. Installing of metric or imperial has been simplified.
8. Backup and Restore will now include layering databases.
9. Improved Auto route feature with ability to use OSNAPS and ORTHO modes.

Pipe

1. Added 3-way valves, couplings, and unions to insert fitting list.
2. Added Balancing valves and Metering Stations to valve choices.
3. Added new CADPIPE Rotate, Mirror & 3D Rotate commands.
4. Added Suction Diffusers to fitting lists.
5. No longer a 50 fitting limit on custom fittings.
6. Improved method for installing metric or imperial.
7. All Architectural items are now solids.
8. Added gaskets to flanges.
9. Restore databases command no longer requires re-start of program.

The following issues from CADPIPE Building Services 6.6 have been resolved:

1. Eliminated Section error message when sectioning solid duct.
2. Fixed AutoCAD bug for extrusion in metric.
3. Corrected placement of columns so base elevation may be set less than 0.
4. Fixed the problem placing a Wye Strainer.
5. Fixed bug when inserting a tee into 250mm pipe or larger.
6. Added ability to use long filenames in Utilities program.
7. Fixed bug with metric Eccentric Reducers.
8. Corrected problem with Dimensional DB restore function finding correct folder.
9. Corrected display of metric Flex Duct.
10. Corrected elevation problem on walls function.
11. Added join to feature Round offsets.
